Booking.com Worst worst company ever

We booked a room through Booking.com, and the reviews were good. When we got there, the room and service were horrible. I came home and wrote a review on their site about the hotel. I few days later, it went missing. I wrote it again, and again, they deleted it. I wrote in to ask them if it was against their terms of use (I was careful to write factually, not emotionally or with opinions). They said they would get back with me, but they never did. I saw other people commenting on Booking.com about the same hotel with similar issues, saying their reviews were going missing as well. Booking.com was deleting any reviews that did not show this hotel in a positive light. You cannot trust Booking.com's reviews to be accurate.
