Do not book via Booking.com, agoda.com,pricline.com,trivago.com all of tem owned by Pricline Group

I booked a room over the Christmas period on the basis of being able to cancel for free (as per booking.com's advertising). I was hoping to stay 2 nights but wasn't sure if I'd find somewhere at that time of year, so I just booked what was available. When I did find somewhere for 2 nights and cancelled the original booking, I was charged the full amount by the property anyway. Turns out there is something about this in the fine print. This is blatantly misleading and I consider it to be false advertising. Will not be using them again in a hurry.

UNSECURE - BOOKING.COM HAS BEEN HACKED your credit card and personal details are not safe

Booking.com has been hacked and customers personal, booking and CREDIT CARD details are not safe. I recently stayed at a 5 star hotel in Auckland NZ and tonight received a call from someone who said they worked there and apologised for an overcharge of gst from our last visit because they had been upgrading their accounting software and that they were issuing all the affected customers refunds. They had all our names, room type when we stayed and credit card number on file. I was cooking dinner at the time and as he had all the correct infor mation he managed to trick me into confirming the csv number, it happened all so fast, I couldn't believe it I had been scammed and the scammer got my details from a supposedly secure site. PLEASE be careful do not fall for this trick I was lucky my partner realised once I told him and only lost $6 because it took an hour for me to get my card cancelled.

Booking.com Take No Responsibilites For Their Mistakes

Used booking.com to book a hotel and since the site froze and received no confirmation or any contact from them what so ever, decided we must of not got the booking only later to be charged for accommodation as a no show. Booking.com told us it wasn't their problem and hung up. After calling several times they claimed to not have our email address so couldn't send us confirmation though after speaking to the hotel we were informed booking.com have them our email address so they could contact us. No email they said even though we have received n umerous emails offering special last minute deals. They do not care about travellers nor do the take responsibility for their mistakes. They are shonky and untrustworthy and I deeply regret ever using them. Will steer clear of them from now on

Booking.com Worst worst company ever

We booked a room through Booking.com, and the reviews were good. When we got there, the room and service were horrible. I came home and wrote a review on their site about the hotel. I few days later, it went missing. I wrote it again, and again, they deleted it. I wrote in to ask them if it was against their terms of use (I was careful to write factually, not emotionally or with opinions). They said they would get back with me, but they never did. I saw other people commenting on Booking.com about the same hotel with similar issues, saying their reviews were going missing as well. Booking.com was deleting any reviews that did not show this hotel in a positive light. You cannot trust Booking.com's reviews to be accurate.

BOOKING.COM Has Hidden Charges And Conditions. Beware

Never believe any good reviews on booking.com nor the information that they display on their website. They make so much claim of no cancellation fees, no reservation fees, etc. there is always a hidden fee that you will never have thought about and they jump on you when you cancel.
Booking.com charges your credit card immediately for a reservation done. When I contacted them they claimed it is the hotel that did that and not them. When I asked why they didn't even indicate that clearly on their website, they pointed that it is there and that y
ou need to click on a small icon to get that notice.
Another act of dishonesty by Booking.com is that the price that they highlighted in BOLD on their website is not the price that charge you. They have the cheek to give an impression of there are NO HIDDEN FEES through their lengthy outline of the no reservation and cancellation and other fees but quietly pop in a transaction fee when you have confirmed. When you asked about it, they pointed that it is stated in their website under a small icon.
You basically have to scrutinise every hidden details to ensure that you don't make any mistake booking.

Booking.com disgusting service ever

I booked a twin room in Sydney for myself and a friend visiting from UK. At the point after clicking on twin room there wasn't a warning to say that twin room wasn't guaranteed. When got to hotel found didn't have a twin room. Hotel said should have booked with them directly. Rang Booking.com - they said room cofiguration not guaranteed and I should have known as this information was on website!! obviously if this was clear at time of booking I would have gone elsewhere. When I rang, there was no attempt by Booking.com to help or compensate or refund. Attitude was too bad I should have known room configuration was not guaranteed!!!

Don't use this site Booking.com, they lie and cheat

We booked hotels on the basis of the ad on booking.com that says "the price you see is the price you pay" and found out this is a lie. Hotels can and do charge commissions, service fees and taxes on top of the price quoted.

Don't book Booking.com

I have used booking.com before and not had a problem but when something goes wrong you are on your own. We ended up in LA with no accommodation just before New Year and no option for anything close to what we had. They offered us an apartment that you wouldn't put a dog in after about 10 hours of calling them. In the end I booked some accommodation myself (after being up for 30+ hours at that time). I have called them about 15 times and keep emailing but still no refund or help at all

Booking.com, agoda.com,pricline.com, Pricline Group

I booked a Hotel with bookings.com. by the time they got back to me it was too late to change my booking. They gave me 24hrs to respond to their email. with screen shots of rates that were advertised. They then got back to me 2 days later, told me it was too late to do anything about it. I was charged an extra $25 for a room. The Flagstaff Inn in West Melbourne was a filthy place with mice, rubbish in the exits, which bookings.com told me housekeeping hadn't go to that day. It had been there for more than one day, there were dirty nappies and r ubbish. The staff were very unhelpful and I was told by bookings.com it was a miscommunication because of the language barrier. I am Australian and stayed in Melbourne? Would not recommend booking with them ever. They are so unhelpful and obviously only after their percentage of bookings!

Booking.com Overcharged $100 above the agreed price

Booked a hotel using this service. They simply handed the hotel my credit card details, allowed the hotel to charge their usual rate (not the rate that was advertised on booking.com nor the rate I received a confirmation for) and won't engage in any discussion over a refund. I am now $100 out of pocket. Don't bother using them. Their low rates are not genuine.

Booking.com Terrible, worst booking experience ever

booked 3 villas. two months later I've contacted the owner to ask a question and found that one of these villas doesn't exist! after couple of stressful weeks, they asked me to book another villa which was more expensive promising that the difference will be refunded after our stay. when I went to the booked villa, owner said booking.com cancelled your reservation! just imagine my situation taking 36 people with me (was a bushwalking trip). we were fortunate that no one else booked this villa. I was expecting them to refund the difference but t hey started to ask silly things and rejecting the invoice I received from owner of the accommodation. now I should beg for my own money. I'm secretary of a bushwalking club with 6000 fan page in facebook, I will make sure none of these 6k followers use booking.com services again

Terrible. Do not use Booking.com

Booked an overnight stay at a hotel on our way to Adelaide. A few days before leaving I recieved an email saying the card payment did not go through & to put it through again, which I did, and the money was withdrawn from my bank account. Upon arrival there was no booking under our name! So the poor receptionist said it was the 2nd customer that day it happened to. On top of that we paid an extra $15 dollars to use booking.com than if we went straight through their website. We had to email our bank statement to show we had paid, an overpriced disaster. Do not use them, go directly through whatever hotel you are staying in.

Good luck if you use booking.com, you will need it.

Yesterday I booked accommodation via Booking.com for March and have been charged in full almost 5 months in advance. Was not made aware of this policy. Found the same accommodation cheaper on lastminute.com.au but booking.com has not honoured their "best price guarantee" or responded to my email about the payment transaction.

Booking.com Worst booking experience ever encountered

Booked for 4 nights stay at doubletree Hilton through booking.com with email confirmation.turned up at the hotel and they did not receive my booking at all!hotel managed to give me only 2 nights as they were fully booke and I had to call up booking.com to find me another hotel for the remaining 2 nights which was a 3 star hotel.wasnt a good experience for my pregnant wife and myself.steer clear of this website!!

Booking.com avoid them

I used Booking.com, terrible and disgusting company, because the company claims that there are "no booking fees" and that thisparticular accommodation has "no cancellation fee". It also has a "Best Price Guarantee". Yet there was no other way to pay except by credit card -- so the additional 2% was forced upon me.

But what was worse was that when, a day later that same March, I decided to amend my April trip to 3 nights instead of 6 nights, I was refunded for 3 nights, but then charged ANOTHER 2% by Booking.com on the price of the refunded amount to my credit card!

The reason given by Booking.com was that this additional 2% was for charges to refund money to my Amex credit card! Unbelievable!

That same month in March, I rang and emailed Booking.com to complain about this unfair surcharge, but all their customer service offered me was a $15 refund to make up for it. They then asked me to send them a copy of my credit card statement as well as the accommodation's invoice upon check out even though my trip was in April the next month. I have had to wait a whole month to take the next step to follow-up on this problem.

In April, the actual and final invoice by the Accommodation was nearly $150 LESS than what had charged to my credit card. In other words, I now realise that Booking.com has significantly overcharged me for my booking.

Here is the breakdown of the charges to my credit card (I have all the relevant quotes, receipts and statements of account, as proof):
17 March 2015, AUD$649, price calculated on Booking.com website, inclusive of taxes.
18 March 2015, AUD$1363.74 charged to my card for 6 night stay.
18 March 2015 AUD$688 refunded to my card for amendment to 3 night stay.
14 April 2015 AUD$526.20 invoiced by the accommodation.

There is obviously a BIG discrepancy in the charges, and I am disgusted that Booking.com has only offered to refund me a mere AUD$15, even though they have overcharged me by almost AUD$150.

As a customer, I am very disappointed that Booking.com has failed to honor its Best Price Guarantee and its claims of no booking or cancellation fees. It is now mid-April, and I am STILL waiting for Booking.com to resolve this problem since mid-March. Until Booking.com resolves my complaint, I would recommend to others NOT to use Booking.com.

POST UPDATE:
in the end, I gave up on Booking.com after waiting nearly one month. I rang up my credit card company instead and emailed them a copy of the receipt and record of discrepancies. American Express immediately stopped the payment to Booking.com and reversed the amount that was in dispute. Amex's service was fantastic. The moral of the story is that IF you have to use Booking.com, make sure your credit card company will back you up in a dispute. In my case, I was fortunate that American Express supported me

Avoid Pricline Group

Avoid PriceLine Group!!!
I have made a reservation on 08.10.2015 for 1 night stay at Hostel 44 and my cheking in was supposed to be on 11.10.2015. At 11:00 PM I arrived at 13 Kyrnigradska str. and was totally shocked to find out that the hostel (Hostel 44)does NOT EXIST!!!
Furthemore, according to the people who were living nearby, there was no such place at that address in the past at all or any other sort of accommodation. According to the neighbours, 5 moths ago at the same address somebody has given several rooms for rent (part of his/he
r apartment), but the Bulgarian authorities had shut them down.
So, at 11 o'clock in the evening me and a friend of mine, had to stay on the street in the pouring rain, without an idea where to go. Only the fortune, had brought us to a Jewish hotel ( Levitt hotel), which was completely full at that time ( just as several other places we had the chance to check before) , but the staff was kind enough to leave us in the kitchen and saved us from sleeping on the street during a severe rain storm. The staff explained to us that this is not the only time they accommodated guests, who were cheated by booking.com

How can you explain the non-existing hostel, promoted on your criminal website?

In my opinion, you are promoting fake accommodations in order to get access to my credit card details and to use them for criminal purposes.
That is why, I have made a plea to the Police and the Bulgarian authorities, so that they could start an investigation towards Booking.com.
Due to my short visit to [name removed], I have authorized a laywer [name removed] From Levitt law center a to take legal actions against Booking.com and to ask the court to ban this website on the territory of Bulgaria.
I will turn this matter to Israel authorities to take legal action against this terrible and disgusting way to make money and to ban booking.com on the territory of Israel. ALSO i will do everything to prevent other people

Take care Booking.com is terrible

Take care. The terms and conditions are written by the hotels and not Booking.com. If they are vague or unclear Booking.com will not help you. Very poor customer service - they have a script and won't go outside it. Best to use Booking.com to find the deal and then book directly with the Hotel - at least then you can cancel the transaction.

Book now pay later is a scam.Booking.com

We booked a hotel in London for September. The booking was made in April and paid in full - booking.com said it was guaranteed. Until last week when we got an email saying our booking was cancelled as the hotel would be closed. I checked booking.com and it was still accepting reservations for the same hotel, same room type, same dates. More expensive now, though. I called to query why my reservation was cancelled and they said the hotel had overbooked so some reservations were being cancelled. No apology, no compensation and we are out in the cold and looking for new accommodation. Shame on you, booking.com!
I will never use this site booking.com, agoda.com,pricline.com,kayak.com again. I have used it for the last few years and never had to pay that day of booking, as I usually pay on the day of arrival. My stay isn't until Octoberand was going to save up the money but no they charge your credit that same day! DONT BELIEVE the book now pay later crap......now I'm short of money until next pay!

Booking.com SCAMS

We paid $390.84 for an apartment that we could not & would not stay in. Walls, blinds, furniture, outdoor furniture was either broken or filthy. Photos on your site are nothing like the real thing. Feeling ripped off, big time. Money lost, not refundable.

Booking.com FRAUD

I booked the accommodation a month in advanced, on the website it says, free canceling and it won't charge till 2 days before the arrival. But the Fact, the day i booked they day they charged. IT FRAUD!! I call the company booking.com. the answer just SORRY!! sorry doesn't fix a problem. NEVER TRUST BOOKING.COM if you don't want to loose your money.

Booking.com No refund as promised

I booked an apartment through booking.com and paid in full. One week before arriving I received an email from booking.com that the booking was cancelled by the owner of the property and a full refund would be provided. It has not been 6 weeks and still no refund.

Terrible corporation Pricline Group - Booking.com

I am very unhappy with my experience with booking.com. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and will continue to post negative reviews about booking.com on customer review websites until this is resolved. When I contacted Booking.com I thought I was dialing the hilton directly, I could barely understand the service rep who answered the phone; I thought she was a Hilton representative. I requested the government rate, but was told it was not available. I was also told there was one double room available. I was given the best price guaranteed rate of $129/night. When I reached the hotel and it was not at capacity, I asked about the govt rate and was informed that it $87/night. I then contacted booking.com's customer service number, where I relayed this information to the customer service representative who informed me that she could not help me. When I asked to speak with a supervisor my request was denied. I've found booking.com's advertising practices misleading, sales information deceitful, and"customer service" laughable. Furthermore, everytime I'm attempted to contact booking.com via phone, I have spent approximately 5 minutes of wait time just waiting on someone to answer the phone.

SCAM Booking.com

Booking.com scam the user - they gave me a final price and promised no additional fees yet charged me a non refundable fee for using my credit card when there is no other option to pay. Then they asked for multiple pieces of evidence to prove we were charged a fee we shouldn't have been and after all that did nothing.

They cost significantly more than other hotels in the area so we cancelled, lost the 2 % already charged to our CC and went elsewhere.

Don't book via Booking.com

Booking.com are only interested in Booking.com and not either their guests or hoteliers ( We spoke to where we booked ). They were at the start a breath of fresh air in the online accommodation "game" years ago but are the worst of the lot now. I travel with work all the time and from now on will ONLY BOOK DIRECT. STUFF THE ONLINE HOTEL SITES & Good luck if you deal with this mob and need any help. The only help you will find will be from the hotel, not Booking.com.

Terrible Booking.com

I made a booking for a hotel in Brisbane late last year, I cancelled the booking shortly after as I viewed the reviews for the hotel and they were less then desirable. a few weeks later the hotel phoned me and asked why I didn't show up to my booking. I informed them of the situation and they waved the no show fee. earlier this year I made another booking and a few months later cancelled the booking due to heading out of state for business on the same dates. When i returned i checked my account and noticed a fee of $212 removed from the account and an email from booking.com informing me I didn't show up to the hotel. I cancelled both bookings through the mobile APP.

Of course I got onto the phone to booking.com and informed them of this, they didn't care and had the hide to accuse me of not cancelling and trying to get out of the fee. I informed them i would complete a withdraw reversal at the bank and take it from there.

Luckily i rang the hotel the next day and explained the situation to them, they were more then happy to refund the money and were going to look into it for me.

I won't ever use booking.com in the future

Booking.com NEVER AGAIN

I cancelled a booking via the website days before I was scheduled to stay. Booking.com didn't pass cancellation to the hotel so they charged me for the room anyway. Spoke to call centre and they refused to take any responsibility.

Booked non existent apartment

We have used Booking.com many times but we have been scammed.
In May we booked an apartment through them for a week in London in October. A few days after booking we received an official looking booking and introduction letter from the Apartment owners. That asked if we needed airport transfers etc. Two days letter we received another email from the owners asking for early payment. As we had booked through Booking.com I thought all was legit. We paid. A month later I decided to check our accommodation. I could not find it on Booking.com.
I checked the website and email address from our welcoming email and found it did not exist. The address given on Bookin.com exists but it is for a private apartment. I rang Booking.com and alerted them to the fact that I have booked a non existent apartment. Later that week I received a cancellation letter saying I have cancelled the booking but they had waived the cancellation fee which we should have been billed for. I rang again and said how could there be a cancellation fee when there is no apartment. I requested full repayment of monies that I had paid. I forwarded a copy of the letter from my bank stating that the money is not traceable or retrievable. Booking.com then said they have sent off my letter to their accounts department for possible refund. 3 weeks later and more phone calls still nothing. Booking.com should have checked the apartment out before allowing them to be on their site. Here's hoping for refund.

Don't book thought Booking.com

I made a booking 4 days before I was due to stay, then got incredibly sick and had to cancel, booking.com would not refund because I hadn't given 7 days notice even though I hadn't had 7 days from time of booking to the reservation!! The hotel then told me if I had booked directly through them that I could have cancelled and got a refund on the day of the booking!!, which the booking.com website failed to mention. They stated it was booking.com's policy and that they had to abide by that unless the hotel agreed to a refund and then the hotel said that they had to abide by booking.com's policies!!
Horrendous customer service, this site is a scam to get your money!

Booking.com SCAM

I booked a room through booking.com unaware it was non-refundable. As soon as I had made the booking I happened to check on another site and realised to my dismay that I could have booked the same room for $ 85 cheaper!!! After a lengthy telephone call with an extremely defensive operated she said that she would ring me back. No return call but an email stating that the room was of a different type. The only difference in the room was the wording the 2 operators had used when advertising. The rooms both had 2 double beds with a view!!! To my di sappointment the hotel said that if I had contacted them I could cancelled my booking with booking.com. I'm furious, they are a multimillion pound organisation and I am a care worker who earns very little money, I feel they went back on their word and will never be using them again!!!!!!

Terrible webiste booking.com

errible .Clicked on the location icon for the apartment I though I was getting .They confirmed the booking with the same icon location . Price was expensive but appeared appropriate for the site, near the Vatican . 2 days before arriving looked at the actual address of the apartment they sent .Turned out to be 10 km away from the original site. The original location was their 'offices' . It gets worse .Their site said they accept Credit cards etc .Turns out in the small print with the booking confirmation that they only took cash on the day moving into the apartment

Never use Booking.com

I booked a hotel in the Gold Coast, Queensland using Booking.com. I had to cancel due to the death of my mother. I cancelled the booking online within the time limit and received a cancellation confirmation on line. Even though Booking.com charged me one night. I complained and they refused to refund my money. They referred me to a lawyers firm in Amsterdam that only accepts complains in writing over the mail. They never bother to reply to my complain. Never use Booking.com. They are dodgy

Booking.com False advertising

I booked via Booking.com as they advertised 'book now, pay when you stay'.
My credit card was charged the full amount on the day of booking, incurring penalty charges.
They refused to honour their advertising, and as they are based in the Netherlands, there is nothing you can do.
"Be afraid, be very afraid"

Avoid Booking.com

Be warned. A friend suggested using this company. When i made a hotel booking, i then received an email from then wanting money (in brazilian dollars?? no connection) deposited directly into a bank account. The value was much greater than the hotel i booked. I ignored the email.. But kept recieving them threatening to not honour my booking. Luckily i emailed the hotel who assured me my booking was safe.

I then made a glowing review of some places we stayed at for them not to be published

Don't expect assistance from Booking.com

Like others here we just had a rude awakening with booking.com. We booked and paid for a premium room at the Echo Point Motor Inn Katoomba but arrived to find there'd been a "mix up" and we had been bumped to a standard room, half the size and no view. Making a complaint to booking.com got us nowhere. Not impressed

Booking.com Terrible company

booked a hotel in Miami 3 mths previous to my trip, pictures looked nice and handy to beach. This was the rat hole from hell and no refund or cancellation with this company.I left this hotel 1 hour later and booked another place that was nearly the same price but heaven on earth in comparison. When I reviewed the hotel Booking.com asked why I didn't report this to them immediately instead of staying Hello I don't stay in filth but feel free to steal my money and no refund or cancellation. The state of the hotel was blamed on the owners who inform the website as to condition of hotel.Booking.com have no actual information as to the real state of hotel sure they don't it appears that this is a common problem with booking.com and the hotel.Use a reputable company to book your holiday they charge fees and exchange rates extra and scam you along with the owners of the dumps I mean hotels.i used another service Rates as you go for my stay in Hawaii and what I paid for is what I got.Avoid them at all costs and yes they will cost you!!!

Booking.com SCAM NEVER BOOK WITH BOOKING.COM

If you don't want to be charged full cost of stay immediately fallowing your booking, - then don't book with them.
Even if your stay is 3 months away, they can still charge you in full. I cancelled the same day, but got charges (exchange rate, credit card transaction fees). There is no such thing as free cancellation if you are dealing with this guys!

BOOKING.COM WORST SERVICE EVER

Worst booking service ever! Asked for hotel in Chadstone Melbourne (14-16 Feb ) got one in Bayswater Melbourne 2 hrs away from the centre of Melbourne. Not counting time getting to train station total journey about 3 hrs!
I was in Melbourne for medical treatment, had to cancel the 2nd night at Hotel (thank you kindly Golden Pebbles Hotel for refund) due to the fact that I would never have made my clinical appointment on the Monday morning. I spoke to” Lisette” at Booking.com and even she said that trying to book in Chadstone brought up “Bays
water” I then put in a complaint online….and to date have not received a response or apology. This booking service made my trip a complete disaster as well as completely exhausting me as all the to-ing and fro-ing was done in 34 to 36 C heat. I will never ever, book with this terrible, terrible service again

Booking.com TOTAL SCAM

Be aware!!! Booking.com promises you not to charge your credit card, but as soon you add your numbers, they charge you the total amount. I complaint to the hotel about it; they first told me they didn't know about it, showing me a letter from booking.com saying they will charge me right away the amount, few minutes later another employee told me, "you are not the first customer complaining about it of course we know how this woks." I was disgust because that means they collude against the customers.
Take care, when booking.com tell you "free cancellation fee, and we do not use your credit card," DO NOT BELIEVE that they will lie to the customer with no remorse.
It is not an honest service.

Booking.com is the most terrible company on the web, absolutley scam

The same price was available direct from Hotel even though it was advertised as special "today only" deal. Booking.com then sent email telling me I could upgrade to the same room I had actually booked for an extra $190. When checking direct with Hotel that extra rate didn't even exist. Booking.com advised it was the Hotel's fault...therefore taking no responsibility at all. Would never ever use again. Very Shonky and should be removed from business. Always check direct with Hotel, as you will get the same price. Also suspiciously, the same credit card used at Booking.com was immediately used fraudulently to the tune of $3k. Coincidence? Not sure.

Stay away from Booking.com

I booked 21 nights at Greenleaf Hotel Gensan for December this year at a great price only to find out it has been cancelled because it was a mistake and they tried to ring me on my mobile to let me know but no missed call on my phone. I then rang them and complained and they said there supervisor would ring me back but guess what no call this is after they checked my phone number and after 3 emails asking if they could give me a good price as they made a mistake no reply. I will never use bookings.com again and hope you do the same maybe then we could have good customer service. So tell me how can I book a hotel in good faith and then find out its been cancelled.
Stay away from BOOKING.COM and Pricline Group

Booking.com terrible experience

I am completely unsatisfied with the reponse bookings.com have provided after a recent booking fiasco. My daughter was travelling alone in London and booked accommodation through bookings.com
On arrival at the hostel she was unable to gain access to the premises or contact the office. She was left to find an alternative arrangement in the dark by herself. We contacted bookings.com to make them aware of the situation and potentially how dangerous it was for our daughter. They said they were very concerned and would look into it. Several emails
from us later they finally responded with they had tried to contact the business and couldn't so we might like to try ourselves!
I have tried to make them see the gravity of the situation and do something to stop this happening to another young person as it was a hostel that young people would use but bookings.com don't seem to care.
Not only that you cant talk to the same person so you have to explain the story every time. I will never use bookings.com again and I can only warn other people of the problem

Avoid Booking.com, agoda.com, pricline.com

Two bookings with this product and one was a total failure. I cancelled the hotel within the required time and booking.com acknowledged this. The hotel charged me. I contacted booking.com and provided all the information they required. They told me the hotel was processing a credit and I waited and waited. As others have reported booking.com "makes you jump through hoops" but doesn't deliver. They have dishonest hotels on their site and don't take responsibility for it. DO NOT USE THEM.

Don't Trust Booking.com, agoda.com,kayak or Pricline.com Pricline group

Don't trust booking.com

Processed a transaction after the booking was cancelled. $2200.00
Refunded but out of pocket due to exchange rate differences.
Even though their mistake I have worn the cost.

Don't use booking.com

Avoid Booking.com/ Pricline.com/Agoda.com owned by Pricline Group

Dishonest Service. No clear Information on Website.

Aware, they promess to do not charge you at short as you add your credit card
But they charge you the total amount right away!!!
Take care....I do believe that they do not advise properly to the customer.
Is not a honest service
