Charged for cancelled booking
I have cancelled a booking month in advance but have still be charged for the nights stay for me and 4 of my friends. I've contacted them about the error and want an immediate refund. I'm still waiting...Avoid Hostelworld.com, hostelbookers.com,hostels.com
