THEY ARE THIEVES, DON'T USE THEM!
This is the second time they have stolen my money. How is this business still operating all while they steal travelers money. Terrible morality, worst customer service they need to be stopped. They don't seem to care for the inconvenience and financial suffer they put travelers through. They have basically kept $200 worth of deposit without refund and not fulfilled the service, or even made the tadest effort to resolve it.
