Hostelworld misleading refund policy
i agree with what the previous person said. Their refund policy is NO good, don't use this site to do your accomdation booking as you won't get your money back. Use Bookings.com.au etc.
They give you credit, but you can't use it the ONLY hostel in town is SOLD out and i have to use it within 6months.
