Fine until something goes wrong
Fine until something goes wrong, which it will eventually... Then the custmer service is non-existant. Hostelworld charged my card through some kind of system error and have stolen my money basically. No replies whatsoever about fixing the mistake / refunding me. Have used them for many years -never again.
